Customer with Temporary Login

Upon scheduling a dynamic conference the user is presented with a temporary login ID and password. This login and password is only valid for one conference. By giving the instructor a temporary login ID and password, the Customer Administrator can keep the sessions login ID and password secure. Note that a temporary login ID has a leading zero and must be entered. The password is a random eight (8) digit number.

Example of a Temporary Login and Password:

The person who has been assigned the responsibility of changing the display configuration can login up to five (5) minutes prior to the start of the conference, although no commands will be processed until the actual start of the conference. When the conference ends, the VRU will stop accepting commands to change the conference.

The old VRU telephone number of 556-5134 is no longer in use.

After Connecting, you may hear...

1. Welcome to the Ameritech Advanced Video Service automated attendant...
2. Please enter your system identifier followed by a pound sign.
3. Please enter your system password followed by a pound sign.
4. Please enter the number corresponding to the quadrant you wish to change.
5. Please press the number corresponding to the quadrant you wish to see.

The participants cannot change the quadrant in which they appear. The original configuration is based on the order in which the conference participants were scheduled. Note that no participant will ever see a full screen display of themselves when changing the display. For example, if a command of "0" "1" is entered, the participant represented on key one will see the Quad while the other participants will see the participant represented on key one.

Valid Command Combinations:

0 0	Reset the display to the default. (Quads on all screens)
0 1	All Participants see the Upper Left Quad Participants.
0 1	All Participants see the Upper Right Quad Participants.
0 1	All Participants see the Lower Left Quad Participants.
0 1	All Participants see the Lower Right Quad Participants.
1 3	The Upper Left Quad Participant sees the Upper Right Quad Participant.
1 3	The Upper Left Quad Participant sees the Lower Left Quad Participant.
1 3	The Upper Left Quad Participant sees the Lower Right Quad Participant.
1 3	The Upper Left Quad Participant sees the Upper Left Quad Participant.
1 3	The Upper Left Quad Participant sees the Lower Left Quad Participant.
1 3	The Upper Left Quad Participant sees the Lower Right Quad Participant.
1 3	The Upper Left Quad Participant sees the Upper Left Quad Participant.
1 3	The Upper Left Quad Participant sees the Upper Right Quad Participant.
